CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS: 2026 Members' Exhibit

What is the Members' Exhibit?

​

Our Annual Members’ Show spotlights the creative endeavours of the Button Factory community, which is at the heart of all that we do. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Please ensure that your membership is current and up to date! 

​

NEW! Visitor’s will be invited to vote for a People’s Choice Award thoughout the month. The piece with the most votes will be announced at the closing reception.

Submission Criteria​​

​

• We try to hang work by all participating members but if multiple works are submitted by any artist the number artist the number hung may be limited by the size of the piece and the gallery space.

• All mediums are welcome.

• All work must be original in concept and content.

• 2-dimensional work must be properly and safely wired and ready to hang.

• Entrants are encouraged to use simple framing.

• Only work not previously shown by BFAC will be accepted.

• The artist agrees not to remove work from gallery prior to the closing date.

• The artist must firmly attach ONE label to the BACK (or bottom, if 3D) of their work indicating name, title, medium and price.

• Work that does not meet the criteria will not be accepted for entry. 

• Unless other arrangements are made, all work left 14 days beyond pick-up date becomes the property of Button Factory Arts Centre.

Sales

​

25% commission will be deducted from the sale price of each work sold during the show. Taxes are the responsibility of the artist.

 

In submitting works to be shown at Button Factory Arts Centre, I agree to do so at my own risk. I understand that I am responsible for any insurance coverage I may require against loss or damage of the works while they are on Button Factory Arts property. The artist retains all copyright of all work on display.

Please complete Entry Form below and keep intact with contact info, so that we have a record of all work submitted by you. Cut the individual artwork descriptions and attach to the back of each piece submitted.
